The showcases also have a system for equalisation of atmospheric pressure changes and for purification of air. Nitrogen showcases
Milox has developed showcase systems with oxygen free environment where the oxygen is replaced by nitrogen gas that is humidified to the correct level in order to counteract its desiccant properties. The system is easy for the museum staff to monitor and control. Milox nitrogen gas system for showcases can maintain one or several showcases or even larger spaces!
